CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Our client – international company is looking for experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO), who has experience in international environment. It is leading company with offices operating in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Belarus.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Organizing and managing the work of accounting department/function;
• Financial reporting to management  and Group;
• Preparation of financial statements in accordance to local and international accounting standarts;
• Preparation of accounting policies and procedures, documentation flow and others;
• Responsible for the tax reports;
• Cash flow management;
• Assuring  correct day-to-day operational bookkeeping, accounting and payroll tasks;
• Completing of audit process, according timetables and deadlines.

In order to succeed in this role, you have:

• University degree in finance management, accounting;
• At least 4 to 5 years experience in international company, Accounting/Finance department;
• Knowledge of tax and accounting regulations;
• Ensuring that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements;
• Knowledge of DIRECTO system is an advantage;
• Very good written and spoken English language skills;
• Russian language is an advantage;
• Strong analytical skills, planning and organizing abilities.
